MICHAEL EBERSOLE, PRESIDENT
Michael has been a Title Abstractor in Lebanon County, PA for 36 years. A graduate of the Pennsylvania Land Title Institute, he is an expert in all abstracting genres and has been searching titles since the age of 18.
Michael has an extensive knowledge of Lebanon County and a vast database of Lebanon County properties. Michael's attention to detail is second to none. He carefully researches all of the information associated to the subject property and owners, providing a thorough report of the subjects and subject property.
Michael was born and raised in Lebanon County, where he resides with his family.
SCOTT SMITH, VICE PRESIDENT
Scott has an extensive background in Information Technology. He has worked as a consultant for the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the Pennsylvania Office of Child Development and Early Learning implementing new systems, designing training curriculums and training end-users throughout the State of Pennsylvania.
Scott also worked as a Business Analyst, streamlining business processes and implementing procedures to improve efficiency for an International Corporation.
A graduate of Milton Hershey School, Scott learned at a young age the value of hard work and ethics.
Scott has been working for ML Ebersole Abstract for 14 years and resides in Lebanon County. He is a Notary Public and a NNA Certified Signing Agent.
