Scott has an extensive background in Information Technology.  He has worked as a consultant for the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and The Pennsylvania Office of Child Development and Early Learning where he worked on implementing new systems, designed various training curriculums, and trained end-users across the state.

Scott has also worked as a Business Analyst streamlining business processes and implementing procedures to improve efficiency.
